Wet Mix Macadam Plant
Four Bin Feeder
The Four Bin Feeder unit has four bins, each bin has a radial gate and a conveyor belt driven by individual AC motor drive so as to accurately control aggregate flow.
A gathering conveyor driven by a Ac. Motor collects all four size aggregates from above feeders and forwards the same on to Vibrating screen. Dust bin has a vibratory motor on its wall to make wet dust flow easy when wet.
Vibrating Screen
Single deck type vibrating screen removes oversize material and feeds the remaining material to charging conveyor. Different sizes of screen can be provided for removing oversize material from different kind of mix.
Slinger Conveyor
Slinger Conveyer conveying aggregate materials from four bin feeder to pug mill unit. Conveyor belt is M24 grade of MRF / Dunlop make.
Water Tank
Water Storage tank is fitted with best quality standard pump and flow meter with standard pipe to transfer exact quantity of water to the PUG MILL.
Pug Mill Unit
Pug mill unit Mounted on sturdy chassis has mixing Capacity 100 tph. to 250 tph. Anumber of paddle arms and tips mounted on twin shafts thoroughly and homogeneously mix the aggregates and water. Pug-mill bottom and side walls has steel plate liners. Awater meter measures the exact Quantity of water.
Mix Loadout Conveyor With Hopper
The aggregate mix discharged from PUG MILL is collected by an inclined load out conveyor equipped with gob hopper with hydraulically operated camshell gate to provide surge capacity for changing trucks and controls segregation in the mix.
Computerised Panel With Digital Display
Electric control panel is fabricated from 16 Swg CRC sheet and processed with painting. The panel has feed master control, aggregate flow measurement system, which controls flow from individual bin, flow indicator. automatic synchronization of aggregate with water, and totalizer, printer for print out record of all parameters for an instant verify of formula, automatic controls with indication, metering for aggregate, input voltage, and motor load etc facilities are provided.
Control Cabin
Plant Control panel is fitted in side control cabin which has glass windows for complete view of plant. It is completely weather proof.
WMM Storage Silo
AADESH offers complete standard solution for safety of wet mix Materials storage. The Silo is rigid, easy to erect and transfer. Silos are supplied with standard safety controls.
